Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team, supporting our Independent Financial Advisors in delivering premium client service. Key duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of client queries;
  • Contribution to business strategy development, focusing on client engagement and retention.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Similar experience in wealth management or financial planning;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software;
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records;
  • A results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
