Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing emotional and practical support to individuals accessing our services. Using their own lived experience, they will offer a positive role model, inspiring and motivating others to engage with services and work towards recovery.
Key duties will include working with individuals who have experienced perinatal loss, providing a programme of activity to engage and support them, and developing the role in a supportive environment.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have lived experience of maternal loss and have received support within secondary care mental health services. They will also have a relevant level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and/or relevant experience.
Key skills and knowledge include the ability to use knowledge, skills, and experience to provide a programme of activity to engage and support people accessing services, and experience of working with individuals with multiple and complex needs.
