Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial institutions team, you will be responsible for sustaining and growing client business and relationships with banks and non-bank financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead efforts to market and promote our services to current and prospective RMB clearing bank participants in the UK.
  • Oversee financial institution limit management within the business scope of the bank.
  • Lead and manage the FI team to meet the bank's KPIs, including assets and liabilities.
  • Develop and propose strategic plans for the financial institutions business.
  • Maintain, prospect, and establish financial institution business with UK, African, European, and Chinese financial institutions.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Financial Institutions Manager with a strong background in finance, business administration, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Experience in finance, business administration, and marketing in the UK.
  • Strategic understanding of how a foreign bank can develop its business in the UK market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UK regulatory environment related to Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
