We are supporting our client, a Lloyd’s Insurer, in their search for a Claims Adjuster, to join the business in their amazing London offices on a full-time, flexible hybrid basis. Working on average 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home, you will be utilising your experience in Financial Institution Claims.

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling large claims portfolio including a huge focus on Financial institutions claim including FINTECH, asset management and many others.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the firm’s financial lines claims portfolio, dealing with global territories.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Maintain good working relationship with the Professional, Financial risks claims team.
- Provide feedback on claims experiences, contract wordings for any renewals to clients, claims managers and underwriters.
- Ensuring various claims and settlements are dealt with effectively and efficiently
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarising information.
- Coordinate loss information for business partners and presents information during meetings with underwriters and/or insureds when applicable.
- Deliver technical training to colleagues and external contacts as appropriate.
