As a Warehouse Operative at Brakes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre. Your primary responsibility will be to pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing food items with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Checking the quality of food items to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and improve processes
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
