Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the first line of support for the client's retail network, managing incoming calls, enquiries and support requests from across the UK.
  • Support colleagues in the day-to-day running of on-going campaigns, taking ownership of some projects as and when appropriate.
  • Manage expectations of internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project by effectively communicating information, actions and progress.
  • Gain an understanding of the account finances, how the agency makes money and be aware of opportunities for additional revenue.
