Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apprenticeship Coach and Trainer to join our team at H T P Apprenticeship College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to apprentices, assessing their progress, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and coaching to apprentices in a class or virtual environment
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide feedback
  • Work with employers to ensure that apprentices are meeting the required standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience, ideally at a supervisory or management level
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good academic level of both Maths and English (minimum GCSE Grade C or 4)
