Care Team Supervisor Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Care Team Supervisor to join our team in Dover. As a Care Team Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of caregivers, supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors to gain more independence in their daily lives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000, depending on experience. Benefits include enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, Wagestream, funded Blue Light Card, 24/7 doctor line, cash plans, enhanced retirement leave, and long service awards.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
• Support individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors to gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, conduct supervision and appraisals, develop care plans, and ensure individuals receive support to manage their finances.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
