About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Hamilton Woods Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified, finalist, or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable senior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of the general ledger and master data.
  • Perform monthly closing tasks, including settlements, depreciation calculations, and foreign currency revaluations.
  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries with appropriate authorization and supporting documentation.
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Complete intercompany reconciliations for balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, loans, and interest.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical mind and ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with integrated digital accounting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
