KYC Analyst - Leicestershire + Hybrid - Competitive Package

Our impressive and growing Financial Services client currently requires a KYC and Quality Control Analyst to ensure business compliance with AML regulations. Working with Finance Operations, you will analyse, understand, and digest complex information tomake informed decisions which you will clearly explain to and gain buy in from stakeholders.

Key Areas Of The Role:

- Work within Finance Operations function to build processes and support in the processing of AML and KYC reviews of new and existing customer base.
- Ability to conduct further checks on key fields and documents to ensure all loans are compliant and have followed the company's documented procedures (Fit to Lend).
- Coordinate closely with Compliance/Legal, to ensure a consistent risk appetite when onboarding new and monitoring existing clients.
- Ensure all policies and procedure documents are maintained.
- Provide training and guidance to existing Finance Ops team and support internal colleagues in enhancing their understanding of KYC / AML and Fit to Lend procedures.
- Keep abreast of regulatory, legislative and industry developments and ensure policy, training and advice remains current.
- Can analyse, understand, and digest complex information to make an informed decision and can explain it clearly, simply, and concisely to influence and gain buy in with company stakeholders.
