Are you passionate about making a difference in the global transportation planning and design community? Transoft Solutions, a leading international company, is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees in Europe, the UK, and the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time.
- Prepare reports related to payroll and payroll-related expenses.
- Reconcile absence-related data with payroll records.
- Prepare and submit remittances and other government-related payroll and tax requirements.
- Ensure payroll processes align with local employment legislation, company policies & practices, and the requirements of our various payroll vendors.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Establish payroll processes and practices, including the management of payroll-related data transfer to our HRIS.
- Support the planning and implementation of payroll systems to support growth and process efficiency.
- Provide support to the HR team in the research, development, and implementation of global and regional employment-related policies and programs.
