Payroll Manager

At Transoft Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to lead our payroll administration for 100+ employees in Europe, the UK, and the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions, while also supporting the development and implementation of new policies and programs related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees in Europe, the UK, and the Asia Pacific region
- Ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time
- Prepare reports related to payroll and payroll-related expenses
- Reconcile absence-related data with payroll records
- Prepare and submit remittances and other government-related payroll and tax requirements
- Ensure payroll processes align with local employment legislation, company policies & practices, and the requirements of our various payroll vendors
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Establish payroll processes and practices, including the management of payroll-related data transfer to our HRIS
- Support the planning and implementation of payroll systems to support growth and process efficiency
- Provide support to the HR team in the research, development, and implementation of global and regional employment-related policies and programs
- Diploma/certificate in payroll, finance, or accounting and qualified payroll practitioner
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in processing international payroll and/or international employment policy administration (EMEA and APAC preferred)
- Proficient with payroll software and Microsoft products, particularly Excel (pivot tables and v lookups)
- Experience working with ADP, BambooHR, and/or equivalent payroll and HRIS systems
- Proficient in English (verbal & written communications), but other languages would be an asset (particularly Dutch, French, and/or Spanish)
- Comfortable working alone, but also enjoy collaborating with others in a team environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to accommodate time zone differences
