Voids Management Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in voids management, particularly in the social housing sector. As a Voids Management Specialist at Cardo Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of void works in your allocated area.
You will lead and manage site and organisational activities, working in a safe, profitable, and planned manner to achieve programme objectives and deliver quality products and services. You will develop and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Cardo Group reputation while remaining customer-focused and aligned with company policies and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review risk, program, plant, quality, cost control project execution plans and deliver structured updates to clients.
- React to daily issues and challenges within Void works.
- Provide support and advice on procedures and technical matters to multi-trade operatives and the scheduling team.
Requirements:
- Voids background, preferably in a social housing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work safely and profitably.
