We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at Premier Jobs UK Limited. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver financial planning advice to clients through a mixture of in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and phone calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their current and future financial goals and objectives.
- Design and implement financial strategies to match clients' objectives, using a range of financial products and services.
- Convert business opportunities provided by the company into new client relationships and revenue streams.
- Work closely with the company's back office team to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice.
- Proven track record of converting business opportunities into new client relationships and revenue streams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Salary of £40,000 - £75,000, subject to experience and qualifications.
- Plus, IFAs will receive holiday pay, phone, laptop, and bonus structure to enable excellent OTE.
- Home-based role with travel to meet clients in person and use of the company's regional offices if preferred.
- Self-employed option available, if preferred.
We offer a comprehensive back office support system, including specialist administrators, paraplanners, and compliance managers. Our Financial Advisors have access to in-house training programmes and support towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
