Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team in Newbury. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial planning advice to clients through a mixture of in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, providing recommendations on investments, pensions, and other financial products.
  • Work closely with our team of specialists, including administrators, paraplanners, and compliance managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • CAS status for financial planning advice.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial planning advice and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Holiday pay, phone, laptop, and bonus structure to enable excellent OTE.
  • Home-based role with travel to meet clients in person and use of our regional offices if preferred.
  • Self-employed option available for those who prefer.
