Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Sales Executive at SmartPro, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Flintshire, North Wales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on building relationships and creating engaging content. You should possess strong social media and marketing skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers.
About the Role:
You will take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and play a key role in showcasing the unique offerings of our holiday homes. You will work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment within a growing business in the holiday home industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content to promote products and connect with potential customers.
- Sell luxury lodges and holiday homes, guiding customers through the buying process.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads proactively and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
Requirements:
- PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE HOLIDAY HOME OR LEISURE INDUSTRY. IF NOT, FACE-TO-FACE SALES.
- Strong social media and marketing skills to support lead generation.
- A self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and commit to a full-time role.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
