Inclusive Learning Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated SENCO to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting students with special educational needs and will be able to provide guidance and leadership to teachers and teaching assistants.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing school policies for supporting students with SEN.
- Leading staff training on SEN-related topics.
- Collaborating with teachers to create personalized learning plans for students with learning disabilities.
- Providing regular progress updates to senior teachers and parents.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
