About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Reach South Academy Trust. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient data administration service across the school, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.

About the Successful Candidate

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and have a flexible approach to meeting the needs of the role. IT literacy, especially in the use of Excel, Word, and Databases, is essential. Previous experience in a school or education environment, particularly in regards to assessments, is desirable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and efficient data administration service across the school
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain confidentiality and high professional standards
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the role
