Pinsent Masons is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the UK property market. Our Property Development & Investment Team in Birmingham is a key part of our UK Property Group, advising clients across the whole spectrum of their real estate requirements.

The Role:

We are seeking a 3-6 years PQE property lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of advising developers/landowners procuring development of their land, ideally large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential led development. They will be a problem solver, able to work with clients to understand their project and help them find the best way to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on development agreements, master development agreements, and lease structuring
  • Securing funding and investment for development projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our UK offices to provide an all-round service on complex deals
  • Working with clients to understand their project and help them find the best way to deliver it

We advise clients across the whole spectrum of their real estate requirements, covering acquisition, development, funding, investment, and asset management.   • Advising Lendlease on the delivery of the £3.5bn Silvertown development in London Docklands
  • Advising Kier Property Developments on the delivery of the £700m Arena Central development in Birmingham
  • Advising Cornwall Council on the planning, delivery, and investment in the Langarth Garden Village development

About the Person:
