Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist Specialist to join our team at Queen's Hospital Burton. As a Senior Physiotherapist Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering specialist musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy services with a focus on women's health and cancer rehabilitation.

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum (£21-£23 per hour)

About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist Specialist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and manage complex cases. You will assess, treat, and support patients with a range of MSK conditions, ensuring the highest standard of care. You will also develop and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans for patients in line with clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on clinical care in the outpatient department, including face-to-face and telephone consultations.
  • Delivering specialist MSK physiotherapy services with a focus on women's health and cancer rehabilitation.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and manage complex cases.
  • Assessing, treating, and supporting patients with a range of MSK conditions, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Developing and delivering tailored rehabilitation plans for patients in line with clinical guidelines.

Requirements: Proven experience in MSK physiotherapy, particularly in women's health. Demonstrable experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, ideally at a Band 6 level. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient relationships effectively.
