About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team at Marks Consulting Partners Limited. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our experienced surveyors in delivering high-quality building surveying services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of building surveys, including site visits and report writing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify building defects and provide recommendations for remedial action.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of building surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
- Be aware of current building regulations, health and safety standards, and planning legislation.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address building defects.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with surveying tools and software.
