Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Building Surveyor to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building surveying and project management across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out building and condition surveys to identify defects and recommend repairs.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion, including contract administration and lead design.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Chartered Building Surveyor or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in building surveying and project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
