Mental Health Interventionist - Enhancing Quality of Life
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Interventionist to join our team in Newham. The successful candidate will conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing personalized recovery plans that address the unique needs of each individual. By working collaboratively with local NHS trusts, you will enhance access to mental health services and substance misuse support, ultimately reducing the burden on emergency and healthcare services.
- Comprehensive Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying individualized strengths and challenges, and developing tailored recovery plans that promote optimal outcomes.
- Supportive and Non-Judgmental Approach: Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to service users, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that encourages open communication and trust.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with local NHS trusts and community organizations to establish strong partnerships that promote coordinated care and improved mental health outcomes.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting the well-being of our employees.
