Job Overview

Data Centre Quantity Surveyor / Property Sector MEP Quantity Surveyor

CPC Project Services is a leading independent project and cost management consultancy, providing expert technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property, and transformational change projects that improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working on Data Centre projects or experience as a MEP Quantity Surveyor on property projects
  • Experience working for a Consultancy or directly within a client-side organisation
  • Experience working on projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
  • MRICS, or working towards (desirable)
  • Willingness to travel to sites as and when required
