The Role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have experience working on data centre projects, managing their own projects, and providing excellent client-facing skills. As a Quantity Surveyor at Flagship Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your skills, and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data centre projects from inception to completion
  • Provide quantity surveying services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and client acquisition
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Full membership or working towards chartership with the RICS
  • Experience working on data centre projects
  • Experience managing own projects
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
