Maintenance Engineer - Industrial Specialist

Birmingham-based company seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of working with industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including die-presses, vacuum/arc furnaces, and machine shop equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings to diagnose and repair faults
  • Work with PLCs, Allen Bradley and Siemens, to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as an electrically biased maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in electrical maintenance engineering
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and fault find within panels
