Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide effective maintenance on production lines, minimising downtime and ensuring maximum efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise processes, address breakdowns, and implement planned preventive maintenance initiatives.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
  5. Work closely with the production team to ensure that production lines are running at optimal levels, with minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrable success within a maintenance centric position, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  2. Both mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in reactive and PPM roles.
  3. PLC experience (preferably Siemens or Omron) and an engineering certification.
  4. Good communication skills and a genuine desire to continuously improve.
