Insurance Account Handler

We are working with a leading independent insurance broker in the Rugby area who are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior commercial insurance professional looking to advance their career or an experienced account handler looking to join a great team and working environment.
About the RoleYou will work in the SME/commercial division, focusing on varied commercial industry risks with clients who require account executive support. Your role will involve working closely with account executives, assisting in the servicing and management of commercial clients, and dealing with endorsement of renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the servicing and management of commercial clients
- Work closely with account executives to provide support and guidance
- Deal with endorsement of renewals and other commercial insurance-related tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in insurance, ideally in SME or package
- Computer literacy
- Ideal progression towards the CII exams, but full support will be provided
- Customer-orientated and the ability to work well in a team
