Commercial Account Handler Opportunity

We are working with a leading independent insurance broker in the Rugby area who are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior commercial insurance professional looking to advance their career or an experienced account handler looking to join a great team and working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the SME/commercial division, focusing on varied commercial industry risks with clients who require account executive support.
  • Assist in the servicing and management of commercial clients, working closely with clients on a day-to-day basis, with contact and placement with insurance companies, dealing with endorsement of renewals, etc.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in insurance, ideally in SME or package.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ideally some progression towards the CII exams, but full support will be provided.
  • Customer-orientated and the ability to work well in a team.

About the Company:

We are a leading independent insurance broker with a strong reputation for providing excellent career progression and support towards exams. We offer exam incentives, promote staff who undertake additional studies, and provide full support financing studies and exams.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £30,000 + (can be more for the right candidate). We offer a competitive benefits package, including a referral fee for successful recommendations.
