Job Title: Automotive Technical Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technical Instructor to join our team at Scania UK. As a key member of our Training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects.
  • Utilize various training methods to engage learners and ensure content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about training and developing colleagues across the business.
  • Ability to coach and encourage professional growth.
  • Team player who understands the importance of a united team approach and relishes the opportunity to share, learn, and support.
  • Clear communicator who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, delegates, and the training team.
  • Technical knowledge and a proven record of technical training within the HGV sector.
