About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Milton Keynes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint to match vehicle color, and applying it using spray guns and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
- Mix paint to match vehicle color and apply it using spray guns and other equipment.
- Ensure paint jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively.
- Understanding of the accident repair industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
