Salary: £13,000 - £14,000 per annum (£12.50 p/h - £13.00 p/h)

Job Description:

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our clients, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Providing physical and emotional support to clients, including personal care and daily living tasks
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Supporting clients with outings, activities, and goal achievement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1 year of social care experience (specialist training provided)
