Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-value projects from tender to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-value projects from tender to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Comprehensive site experience in an engineering or site management role.
- A deep understanding of current Building Regulations.
- A degree in a relevant construction field.
- Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction.
- Exceptional project management abilities.
