Senior Design Manager

Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join a niche vehicle manufacturer in Coventry. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple design projects in varying stages of development, from initial concepts to the complete production cycle.
Main Responsibilities:- Receiving and understanding design briefings from senior leadership
- Presenting high-quality design and styling solutions to the senior leadership team
- Leading a design team, working closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of world-class design solutions
- Delivering the agreed styling and engineering objectives on time while considering brand ethos and customer needs
- Experience within the two-wheel industry at Senior Design / Design Manager level, having delivered design projects
- Experience leading project teams from the creative side
- Motorcycle design experience
- Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software
