Our client, a successful, well-established business is seeking to recruit a Accounts Supervisor to join their friendly and long-standing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team in a busy role with the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Accounts team 3 Accounts assistants.
- Treasury Management Payment approvals and bank reconciliations.
- Monthly Payroll Summarising/Checking/Paying payroll/posting journals and paying CSA/other deductions of Earnings
- Processing weekly timesheets allocating costs to correct projects
- Maintenance and Management of Fixed Asset register
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Creating and managing projects within Sage 200, maintaining correct contract values and contract budgets.
- Quarterly VAT returns for 3 companies
- Monthly CIS returns and issuing monthly subcontractor statements
