Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Content Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of content developers and ensuring the successful delivery of digital ELT products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ELT product development, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of content developers and provide guidance on ELT product development
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving ELT product quality and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Oxford, hybrid working arrangement
