Global Communications Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Internal Communication. This role offers immense progression both professionally and in making change within a global organisation.

We are seeking a commercially minded individual with a strong understanding of how internal communications supports commercial performance and business growth. The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the global internal communications strategy, building and executing plans for effective tracking, measurement, and analysis of internal communications strategy performance, and developing a progressive, measurable intranet strategy.

  • Design and develop the global internal communications strategy.
  • Build and execute plans for effective tracking, measurement, and analysis of internal communications strategy performance.
  • Develop a progressive, measurable intranet strategy leveraging all available internal communications platforms and channels.
  • Define and manage the company's internal presence.
  • Work with the group management board and senior leadership on planning, organisation, and orchestration of bi-annual global town halls.
  • Lead on planning, organisation, and orchestration of quarterly global community village-halls with the chief client officer and senior leadership community.
  • Focus on developing and managing a global content and communications strategy to improve engagement rates across channels.
  • Take ownership of implementing the visual brand and brand tone of voice in all internal communication outputs.
  • Work with the global marketing team to manage, curate, create, and deliver our internal quarterly business newsletter.
  • Coordinate, curate, create, and deliver key content documents to enable information cascade across the business.
  • Enhance and socialise effective content for the induction of new employees.
  • Increase engagement and participation in internal communications.
  • Work with the wider client, services, insights sales, and marketing team to identify, collate, and make available high-quality content.
  • Create and manage a content and campaign schedule/calendar, including creative briefing, writing, design approvals, internal stakeholder management, and resource allocation.
