About the Role

We're seeking a UX Researcher to join our UX/UI team at Trinny London. As a UX Researcher, you'll play a key role in understanding our customers' needs and preferences, and using that insight to inform design decisions and drive business growth.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from researching user behavior and pain points to designing and testing prototypes. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about user research and has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. If you're a detail-oriented and analytical person who is also able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise way, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on user behavior and pain points
  • Manage research analysis to make recommendations for experimentation
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions and strategies
  • Design and manage user testing processes, including A/B tests and prototype evaluations
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized user journeys based on behavior and preferences
Requirements
  • Experience in user research, preferably in digital user experience and technology-focused projects
  • Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies
  • Ability to analyze research data and synthesize findings
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Personal interest in understanding diverse user needs and preferences
