At Stantec, we're seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Network Modeller to join our team in Redditch. As part of our multidisciplinary service, you'll engage with projects from conception to delivery, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Along with an exciting portfolio of work, our team is also at the forefront of developing digital solutions and smart applications, led by industry-recognised specialists such as Chris Digman and Elliot Gill.

We offer working from home and flexible working arrangements, a strong pipeline of projects to work on, and a great benefits package. You'll be working as part of an interdisciplinary team made up of 80 personnel from Stantec, across 8 UK offices and a team in Pune, along with our clients and consultant/contractor partners, collaborating to deliver projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry-relevant institution. You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities and a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.

As a Wastewater Network Modeller, you'll provide guidance, training, and promote staff development and wellbeing within the discipline. You'll assist with bids and the preparation of cost estimates within our project frameworks. The role involves taking part in the planning, programming, and coordinating of urban drainage projects while ensuring delivery excellence, technical governance, and best practices are upheld.
