We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving initiatives and drive impactful campaigns supporting our vital cancer care.
In this key role, you will collaborate with the Fundraising, Campaign, and Data teams to develop innovative strategies that increase donations and engagement across South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw, and North Derbyshire.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing targeted fundraising campaigns to increase individual donations and build long-term donor relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic initiatives such as introducing a charity lottery and leveraging digital platforms for donor acquisition.
- Collaborating with the Campaign and Data teams to ensure data-driven decisions that optimise fundraising efforts.
- Contributing to the charity's fundraising strategy and annual plans to meet ambitious growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and data analysis skills, as well as expertise in managing digital platforms. A can-do attitude, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment are essential.
