Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Southampton.
Company OverviewSMS International Shore Operations is a leading provider of passenger logistics services, offering port agency, turnaround services, and shore excursions. Our dedicated teams welcome cruise guests from around the world and accommodate the needs of thousands of cruise ships every year.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a database of staff schedules and ranks
- Perform scheduling system checks and update management on weekly staffing counts
- Prepare quarterly audits of staff passes
- Send pier staff hours via email and post after each call
- Monitor quality of service and assist with new staff training
- Relevant qualifications or degree beneficial
- HR knowledge essential, preferably in travel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (or days in lieu)
- Competitive salary: £25-28k depending on experience
