Crop Production Assistant Vacancy

Buckminster Farms Ltd is currently seeking a Crop Production Assistant to join their team in Lincolnshire. As a Crop Production Assistant, you will work closely with the experienced staff to maintain and improve crop yields on our farm.

Your key responsibilities will include working with livestock, including fencing, and safely operating and maintaining farm equipment. You will also receive comprehensive training in all practical aspects of crop production and estate maintenance.

Regular health and safety training and additional training and qualifications will be provided to support your development and career progression.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in crop production and agriculture.
