We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Agricultural Trainee in Lincolnshire. As an agricultural trainee, you will work on a regenerative and flexible farming business focusing on crop production on predominantly heavy clay soils.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in all practical aspects of crop production and estate maintenance. This includes working with machinery, livestock, and safely operating and maintaining farm equipment.
In addition to the training, you will have the opportunity to participate in regular health and safety training and receive additional training and qualifications as required.
