WW DESIGNER (FTC) - TEST & REACT

Our Test and React team is a top-tier strategic priority, driving innovation and excellence in line with our company's core initiatives. This is an opportunity to join our team, working closely with key stakeholders across the commercial function, to aid the expansion of Test and React by engaging and working directly with new and established suppliers.

We're seeking a creative and dynamic Designer to get new suppliers up to speed with our shortest lead time process. To confidently feedback to key stakeholders, Senior Directors, and management, emerging trends and concepts that resonate with our ASOS customer.

  • You will be instrumental in ensuring ASOS is first to market with products most relevant to the moments that resonate with our customer, whether these are mini viral moments or culture-shifting celebrity moments.
  • With the buying team, you will create strong supplier relationships to integrate the T & R process, ensuring suppliers are developing/buying stocks on the most relevant fabric bases & trims, ensuring ASOS quality standards are met and everything possible is done to create right first-time samples to protect the lead time.

Our ideal candidate must have strong organisational and time planning skills and be flexible in their design handwriting and skills; a collaborative approach to the supply base, building the process together. A desire to travel and visit the supply base; this will involve some flexibility outside of BAU hours and a high frequency of trips.
