Job Summary
As a Disability Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to young people with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our team to design and implement tailored programmes that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with young people and their families to understand their needs and goals.
- Design and deliver support programmes that cater to the diverse needs of young people with disabilities.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in disability support.

Requirements
- A JNC recognised level 3 (or above) Youth Work qualification is required for this role.
- Strong understanding of disability support principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with young people and their families.
