Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Produce and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Existing experience in a commercial finance environment.
- Part-qualified accountant, working towards ACCA/CIMA professional qualification.
