Commercial Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at KBM RESOURCING LTD. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in delivering all aspects of accounting for our group's sub-ledgers, as well as assisting with monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the financial planning process, ensuring timely completion and submission of all tax returns.
- Produce accurate financial reports and facilitate the running of group subsidiary companies, including accruals, payroll, AR & payable ledgers.
- Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports within the Finance Team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, etc.) with study support available.
- Strong Team Management skills and experience in developing and growing finance teams.
- Commercial and Business Awareness, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- A hybrid working structure with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to arrange additional WFH days and flexi-time.
