About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing or care management, with a proven track record of achieving good Care Inspectorate (CI) grades and improving occupancy. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for care, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of resident and staff care, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  5. Work closely with the senior management team to achieve business objectives and improve occupancy.
