About the Opportunity

We're a dynamic law firm that's pushing the boundaries of legal services. Our Corporate Immigration department is expanding, and we need a skilled professional to help us establish a new corporate immigration department. As a Corporate Immigration Partner, you'll work closely with our successful corporate commercial and employment teams to provide expert advice on global mobility visas, high potential visas, skilled worker visas, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on corporate immigration matters to business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, and chief executives.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including global mobility visas, high potential visas, skilled worker visas, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of PQE as a Corporate Immigration Solicitor.
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair, with a proven track record of networking and business development.
