Immigration Solicitor Opportunity in East London

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment in East London. As an Immigration Solicitor, you will be responsible for preparing appeal bundles and visa applications for corporate and private clients, providing expert advice on Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, and British Nationality Law, and managing client applications, including Points System, Sponsor license, Spouse/Partner Visa, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Nationality and Citizenship applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit visa applications and appeal bundles for corporate and private clients.
  • Provide expert advice on Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, and British Nationality Law.
  • Manage client applications, including Points System, Sponsor license, Spouse/Partner Visa, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Nationality and Citizenship applications.
  • Work independently, coordinating with clients and third parties, and communicating with the Home Office and Tribunal.
  • Handle visa applications inside and outside the UK, especially fiancée and spouse UK visas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of PQE as an Immigration Solicitor.
  • Ability to commute to East London office.
